In January 2000, the National Federation of State High School Associations relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana from its location in Kansas City, Missouri. Due to this pending relocation, the NFHS Customer Service and Equipment Center were outsourced to a company in Indianapolis in May 1999. As many long-time customers know, this outsourcing did not run as smoothly as had been anticipated.

NFHS employee Conni Olvera and her husband, John, founded PS Fulfillment in March 2000 and began providing the customer service for the NFHS that June. The staff of PS Fulfillment has contracted with the NFHS to provide this service for both the publications and the equipment center since that time. Conni Olvera brings over 20 years experience with the NFHS to the Customer Service Center.

Although it was a difficult decision, the NFHS decided to discontinue the NFHS Officials Equipment Program, effective May 1, 2002. While this was disappointing news, you still will be able to obtain the same equipment at the same prices with the same great service. Get Official, founded by the Olvera's, is continuing this same program. Although the name is new, the same customer service representatives of the NFHS Equipment Center will manage Get Official. High-quality equipment, reasonable prices, personalized and knowledgeable service will continue to be the trademark of Get Official.
